1. (1)  the 1975 Biological Weapons Convention (BWC) Treaty,
2. (2)  the 1947 Nuremberg Code,
3. (3)  the 1964 Declaration of Helsinki,
4. (4)  the 1976 International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights(ICCPR) Treaty, and
5. (5)  the American Medical Association Code of Medical Ethics

For the individuals listed above, as well as those found to be criminally culpable following further investigation of these crimes, who have taken an Oath to Uphold and Defend the Constitution of the United States of America, and who have then violated these Treaty laws under Article VI of the U.S. Constitution, these individuals are also guilty of Treason.

You may be interested to know that a Crimes Against Humanity case has been filed with the International Criminal Court (ICC). Professor Luc Montagnier, recently deceased, Kevin McCairn PhD, and I have submitted affidavits for a multi-country ICC case. The case was submitted to the ICC on 12 August 2021 by attorneys from four countries, including the UK [Melinda Mayne and Kaira S. McCallum; 143/21], Slovakia [Peter Weis, Marica Pirosikova, Erik Schmidt; 133/21], France [Patrice Lepiller, Raphael Cohen; 271/21], and the Czech Republic [Tomas Nielsen; 326/21].
A letter of support for this ICC case was provided by Nazi Concentration Camp survivors Moshe Brown, Hillel Handler, and Vera Sharav on 20 September 2021. This ICC case is the only ICC case, I know of, that has been filed and has not been dismissed by the ICC. A corresponding petition for action has been signed by more than 71-thousand individuals.
It is critical that US citizens and agencies involved in this Gain-of- Function research be held criminally accountable in the United States. It would be problematic for the USA to have its citizens indicted by the ICC, independent of whether the US would allow extradition for such a trial.
It is incumbent upon the State Attorney Generals, District Attorneys, and/or applicable Prosecuting Authorities, to prosecute the individuals and agencies noted above, as Criminally Accountable as detailed in the following evidence, materials, and presentations provided during the CrimesAgainstHumanityTour by the signatories noted below.
